A 30 Day Process to Audit your Energy. Practices that Reveal your essence, your potential future and what's in your heart. A beautiful & practical self assessment tool for clarity & focus.

The Energetic Audit: While we are busy deciding what we want, someone else is running our energetic show for us!
What your Desires, Gratitudes & Enjoyments Reveal about what you really want and what will truly bring you sustainable joy.
The Lie: We Think We Know What We Want
We spend so much time striving, chasing goals and battling fatigue, yet we rarely pause to audit the deepest levers of our motivation. We think we want a new job or more money but those are just symptoms.

The truth? The system ensures we are often disconnected from what truly fuels us.
That’s why I use the 10/10/10 Framework: 10 Desires, 10 Gratitudes, and 10 Enjoyments. The real power isn't in the list; it's in the consolidation—asking: What is the core energetic truth being revealed?
Doing the exercise is not enough.
I recently consolidated my own 30 items. Here’s the process, the profound insights it revealed and my own core energetic blueprint that you can use.
Part I: The Process – Why the Numbers Must Be Audited
The goal is to move from volume (30 separate items) to vibration (3 core themes). This process is an essential act of Energetic Clarity—removing the noise to hear the signal.
The 3 Steps to Consolidation:
The Brain Dump: List 10 Desires (what you want), 10 Gratitudes (what you have), and 10 Enjoyments (what lights you up). Be unfiltered and fast.
The Thematic Audit: Review each list. Ask: "What concept underlies this list? What is the single, highest frequency need being met or expressed?" (For example: is 'Travel' really about 'Novelty,' or is it about 'Spatial Freedom?')
The Sovereign Selection: Choose the Top 3 themes from each category. These nine concepts become your energetic blueprint for your driving motivations.
The Insight:
You often find that your desires, when stripped down, are already being met by your enjoyments. This reveals where your energy is currently clean and where you are creating your own reality—a massive cure for the sense of powerlessness inherent in the Spiritual Malady.
Part II: My Energetic Blueprint (The Consolidation Results)
When I consolidated my own 30 items, the noise disappeared, leaving three clear themes per column. This is what truly drives my journey toward Radical Flourishing.
A. My Desires: What I Am Really Asking For (The Wayfinding Focus)
My desires were not about acquisition; they were about Sovereignty.
Sovereign Energetic Stability: Unshakeable internal peace regardless of outer chaos.
Autonomous Creation: Creative and spatial freedom without external restriction.
Authentic Belonging: Profound, unconditional connection in all relationships.
My Core Truth: I am asking for complete internal self-governance over my peace, time and creative output.
B. My Gratitudes: What I Am Really Grateful For (The Anchor)
My thanks weren't just for blessings; they were for the tools of transformation.
The Capacity for Maintaining Growth: Gratitude for the conscious work and the tools I have to course-correct.
Non-Negotiable Foundational Safety: Appreciation for my physical safety, health, and reliable provision.
Witnessed & Held: Gratitude for the core relationships that provide unconditional, non-judgmental support.
My Core Truth: I am anchored in the profound gratitude for the capacity to heal, change, and maintain my system.
C. My Enjoyments: What Really Lights Me Up (The Fuel)
These are the activities that instantly restore my Energetic Capacity.
The Vagal Reset (Profound Peace): Sensory immersion and stillness (like staring into a fire).
Flow State in Creative Deliverance: The joy of writing, speaking, and teaching the truth of my method.
Aligned Discipline: Finding deep security and pleasure in rigorous, sovereign routines and rituals.
My Core Truth: I am fueled by activities that provide instant internal reset and allow me to express myself authentically within a framework of my own design.
Conclusion: The Paradox and Your Next Step
Look at my lists: My deepest Desire is for Stability and my greatest Enjoyment is Profound Peace. The two are not separate future goals; they are being generated right now by the disciplined practice of my Enjoyments and reinforced by my Gratitudes.

The 10/10/10 Framework shows you that the life you want is not far away—it is already being created by your most authentic practices. The shift occurs when you intentionally appreciate and recognise your Desires and your Enjoyments.
Are you ready to stop chasing symptoms and start building your life based on your core energetic potential?

Phase I: The 10-Day Deep Data Dive
For the next 10 days, you will record 10 Desires, 10 Gratitudes, and 10 Enjoyments every evening. The key is Hyper-Specificity. Do not write "I am grateful for my family." Write exactly what happened in the last 24 hours that triggered the frequency.
Daily Entry Examples:
Gratitude (The Anchor): "I am grateful for my daughter’s phone call at 4 PM because she shared a win.
Desire (The Wayfinding): "I desire a dedicated, soundproof workspace because life is too noisy.
Enjoyment (The Fuel): "I enjoyed the 15 minutes I spent staring at the fire tonight and the feeling of calm.
Phase II: The Consolidation Process
On Day 11, you will have 300 data points. This is where we distill the volume into vibration.
The Highlight Reel: Read through all 10 days. Circle the items that carry the most "charge" or emotional weight.
Thematic Grouping: Look for the "Why" behind the "What."
Example: If you desired a new car, a soundproof office, and a solo walk, the core theme isn't "stuff"—it’s Autonomous Space.
The Core 3 Distillation: Narrow each category down to three high-level energetic themes.
Desires: (e.g., Sovereign Stability, Creative Freedom, Deep Connection)
Gratitudes: (e.g., Functional Health, Spiritual Tools, Trusted Community)
Enjoyments: (e.g., Sensory Stillness, Creative Flow, Aligned Routine)
The Necessity of the "Outside Eye"
While this audit is a autonomous act, our patterns are masters of disguise. It is incredibly difficult to see what is in your own blind spots.
Pattern Recognition: You might think you desire "money," but an outside ear hears that you actually desire "the permission to stop performing."
The 'Shag' vs. 'Marry' Trap: We often mistake a hollow habit for a core virtue. A coach acts as a mirror to ensure you aren't trying to "Marry" a trait that actually belongs on the "Cliff."
Objective Witnessing: A coach spots the themes you are too close to see, helping you move from a list of "things" to a blueprint of Sovereignty.
The Path Ahead: 30 Days to Flourishing
This audit is only Step 1: Mapping the Terrain. There are two more critical steps in this process to see if this level of specificity can call in your most cherished desires:
Step 2: The Radical Shift (Days 11-20): Applying the Principles to bridge the gap between where you are and your Core 3. This is where we remove the unexplored energetic chaos blocking the path.
Step 3: Flourishing Achieved (Days 21-30): The 10-day "Vibration Lock-In," where we live exclusively from the consolidated blueprint to see what is delivered when your signal is finally cleaner.
30 days of practice. One complete internal overhaul.
They say the devil is in the detail, but so is the Divine. When we stop skimming the surface and look more closely, the noise in our minds begins to fade and that focus becomes flow.
Curiosity is our greatest companion. When you ask why a specific moment lit you up, you aren't just taking notes for your gratitude list—you’re finding your Energetic Clarity. You move from fuzzy to focused. You see the potential beauty in the adventure. You know what you appreciate so life can give you more of it. You become more willing to go further because you understand yourself a little better.
Fortune favors those brave enough to look deeper.
Today I saw the world through a drop of dew and it was beautiful because I noticed it.
